Oven Fries
Cut 2 large Yukon gold potatoes into 1/2 x 1 in. sticks; toss with 2 teaspoons olive oil, and spread in a single layer on a baking sheet lightly coated with cooking spray. Bake at 450° for 30 minutes or until golden, turning after 15 minutes. Toss with 1/2 teaspoon salt; serve immediately.
