Simple Slaw

1/2 cup fat-free buttermilk
1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
12 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions

Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring with a whisk. Place cabbage and onions in a large bowl. Spoon buttermilk mixture over cabbage; toss to coat.

Yield: 8 servings (serving size: about 1 cup)
